My scrubs are made with Dead Sea salt, plant-based butters and oils, and real essential oils — no fillers, no fake fragrance, no preservatives. Dead Sea salt is rich in magnesium, calcium, and potassium, which supports circulation, skin texture, and mineral absorption.

Because there’s no water in the formula, you get a shelf-stable, deeply moisturizing scrub — just avoid getting water in the jar.

My soaps are cold process bars made the traditional way — with real oils and lye, not melt-and-pour bases or detergents. Each bar is:

Yes — all formulas are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh preservatives. That said, always patch test before use, especially if you're sensitive to essential oils or new to natural products.

Orders are shipped every Friday. If your order is placed before Wednesday, it will ship that same week — unless it contains a tincture that’s still in process (you’ll be notified if so). Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Alcohol is the most effective way to extract the full range of beneficial compounds from herbs — including alkaloids, flavonoids, and volatile oils. It also acts as a natural preservative, giving your tincture a shelf life of several years.

Some formulas, like my Elderberry Tincture, also include apple cider vinegar for added support and pH balance. Every ingredient is chosen with purpose — and doses are small, typically under a teaspoon.
